This Privacy Policy explains how the AccessTime Discord Bot (the "Bot") handles personal information. By using the Bot, you consent to the practices described below.

1. What Data We Collect

When using the AccessTime Discord Bot, we collect and store the following data:

Server-Level Data (when an admin sets up the bot)

- Discord Server ID
- AccessTime Project ID and Chain ID
- Subscriber Role ID
- Signature used for verification
- Nonce (used for signature verification)
- Last Sync Timestamp

User-Level Data (when a user links their wallet)

- Discord User ID
- Wallet Address
- Nonce (used for signature verification)

Subscription Data

- Subscription Status (e.g., active, expired)
- Subscription Expiration Timestamp

We do not collect any personal messages, emails, or private wallet keys.

2. How We Use Data

We use the data collected solely for the purpose of managing Discord role access based on AccessTime subscriptions. Specifically, we use it to:

- Verify a Discord server is owned by the project admin
- Sync users’ wallet-based access to a Discord role
- Track and update subscription status and expiry
- Revoke roles when subscriptions expire or wallets are unlinked

No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for tracking or analytics purposes.

3. Data Retention

To ensure proper operation of the Discord bot, including verifying access and syncing roles, we retain the following data:

Server Data

- Discord Server ID
- AccessTime Project ID
- AccessTime Chain ID
- Subscriber Role ID
- Verification Signature
- Nonce (used for signature verification)
- Last Sync Timestamp

User Data

- Discord User ID
- Wallet Address
- Nonce (used for signature verification)

Subscription Data

- Subscription Status (active, expired, etc.)
- Expiration Timestamp

This data is stored securely and is only used to:

- Verify and maintain role access based on on-chain subscriptions
- Allow project owners to manage their Discord integration
- Let users link and unlink their wallet for role access

We do not collect or store messages, private keys, email addresses, or any sensitive personal data beyond what's listed above. All users can revoke access at any time using the `/unlinkwallet` command.

4. Third-Party Services

The Bot uses the Discord API and EVM blockchain providers (via AccessTime SDKs). These services have their own privacy policies which may apply.

5. Your Rights

Since no sensitive data is collected or stored, there is no personal data to correct or delete. If you unlink your wallet via the `/unlinkwallet` command, your access is revoked immediately.

This policy only applies to the AccessTime Discord Bot, and not to any other AccessTime services or products.
