These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AccessTime Discord Bot (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

The Bot provides wallet-based access control for Discord servers using AccessTime subscriptions. You may use it to:

- Link a wallet address to a Discord user.
- Manage role-based access based on on-chain subscription status.
- Perform admin operations such as project setup and manual sync.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Data Handling

The Bot does not store wallet private keys or perform transactions. Wallet addresses and signatures are temporarily processed only for verification purposes. Role assignment is performed within Discord using the Discord API. For details on how data is handled, refer to our Privacy Policy .

3. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but the Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Downtime or disruptions may occur without prior notice.

4. Limitations

The Bot only supports EVM-compatible wallets and chains. It does not accept fiat payments and cannot enforce off-chain access controls.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
